Orders & Payments

All orders placed with Velistique are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Prices displayed on our website are final unless stated otherwise through promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected. Payments are processed securely, and Velistique does not store card details.

Processing & Shipping

Our standard order processing time is between two and five business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take up to four to ten business days. Once your order has passed our quality control checks, it will be shipped promptly. Delivery usually takes three to six business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, as Velistique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or courier-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within fourteen days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within seven days of delivery with photographic evidence. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may only be cancelled within twenty-four hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel the order. If you need to make changes, such as updating your shipping address, requests must also be made within twenty-four hours. After this period, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Velistique website, including product descriptions, images, branding, and designs, belongs to Velistique. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Responsibility

Velistique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or incorrect details provided by the customer. We are also not liable for the misuse of our products after delivery. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the safe dispatch of your order and the quality of the products you receive.
